Trucking multimodal cargo transportations are in use when a complicated scheme of delivery is worked out, e.g. if different trucks transport small consignments to a storehouse and then these consignments are reloaded into heavy truck transport. Goods can also be transported in a heavy load truck and transferred into small automobiles to be delivered to a certain place.
